- Fridge Brilliance: Why does Joker say that he'll "be deader than Pokémon"? Well, the crossover was written when it seemed like Pokémon was on its way out and two years later, Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire were released and revitalized the whole franchise. Plus, the Joker is a major-league jerk (putting it very mildly), so it makes sense for him to say something like that.
