Leonard Stone (né Steinbock; November 23, 1923 – November 2, 2011) was an American actor. He was best known for Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, Soylent Green, and American Pop. He also won a Tony Award for the Albert Hague/Dorothy Fields musical Redhead.
Stone served as the captain of a minesweeper in World War II. He studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He was married to Carole H. Kleinman and had four children with her. He died of cancer the day before what would have been his 88th birthday.
