Hal Harry Magee Sparks III (born September 25, 1969) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, musician, political commentator, television and radio host, and television personality best known for his television roles, including hosting various programs across VH-1 and E! Entertainment Television. Perhaps his best known roles are as Michael Novotny on Showtime's Queer as Folk (US) and Donald Davenport on Disney XD's Lab Rats.
