Cathy! Commander and the leader!
Catherine Janet "Cathy" Cavadini (born April 21, 1961) is an American voice actress, best known as the voice of the commander and leader of the Powerpuff Girls: Blossom. Outside of Blossom, she was also the voice of Tanya Mousekewitz in the American Tail franchise and Back to the Future character Jennifer Parker in its animated series.
