Mechanic Milo

Build-It Brock

- Voiced by: Tyler Nathan (US dub), Chester Podd (UK dub)
- Alliterative Name: Build-It Brock

Peoplemover Penny

- Voiced by: Annick Obonsawin (US dub), Grace Mynard (UK dub)
- Alliterative Name: Peoplemover Penny

Flicker

- Voiced by: Ian Ho (US dub), Oliver White (UK dub)
- The Baby of the Bunch: The youngest of the Mighty Express crew, to the extent that he only gets his first Mega Mission in “How The Ball Bounces”, and only becomes old enough to ride Camp Itchiknee’s train zipline in “Offline Zipline”.
- Ghost Train: Dresses up as one in the Halloween Episode; Hilarity Ensues when Nate mistakes him for a real ghost.
- Meaningful Name: Well, fire flickers, doesn’t it?
Mandy Mail

- Voiced by: Gracen Daly (US dub), Megan Cowlan (UK dub)
- Alliterative Name: Mandy Mail
- Sixth Ranger: Joined in a special aired between the first and second seasons.

- Wrench Wench: Handy with tools, and gives trains a tune-up before their Mega Mission.
Nico

- Voiced by: Meesha Contreras (US dub), Luca Bradley (UK dub)
- Mad Libs Catch Phrase: “According to my calculations…”. Every so often, the phrase that comes after it is either banal or Captain Obvious.
- The Smart Guy: Of course, although aside from sounding smart it can be an Informed Attribute depending on the episode.
- Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: As “Let It Ride” reveals, he’s afraid of roller coasters.
Villains
Tricky Ricky

- Rough Overalls: May sports a pair.
Carrie
- Voiced by: Maja Vujicic (US dub), Connie McGrath (UK dub, seasons 1-3), Imogen Dymott (UK dub, seasons 4-7)
- Punny Name: A mail carrier named Carrie.
Ivy
- Voiced by: Abagail Nicholson (US dub), Megan Leavey (UK dub)
- Punny Name: Ivy is a plant, get it?
Finn
The lifeguard at Beach Station.
- Punny Name: As in a fin on a fish, get it?
Dusty

- Voiced by: Millie Davis (US dub), Efa Foncette (UK dub)
