EBU switched to a new authentication method, Microsoft Entra.
For most EBU Members: You can now log in with your work email and password (federated login) instead of a separate EBU account. On the login screen, enter your professional email; you'll be redirected to your organization's login page.
Shared mailboxes: No longer supported. If you use one, you'll need to create an individual account (see instructions below).
If federated login doesn't work: You'll be redirected based on your email:
- Linked to Microsoft → log in via login.live.com
- Linked to Google → log in via accounts.google.com
- Neither → a temporary password will be emailed to you each time
Creating a new account: Select "No account? Create one" and choose Microsoft (recommended for EBU Member staff), Google, or another email address. Note: this choice can't be changed later.
