Marque author recalculation uses obsolete data. mod/marque.cgi uses counts found in the field "author_views" in the table "authors". However, that field is obsolete and hasn't been updated in years. The logic should be using the counts in the table "author_views" instead.

Templates with an undefined Substitute String cause Python errors when Bibliographic pages try to display a Note field. It happens on all Bibliographic pages with notes, including pages that do not use the affected template.
