Log into the Productivity Board Portal to submit your application or to research past suggestions.
About logging in
Some state workers will be able to log into the Suggestion Portal with their work email and password using Single Sign On (SSO). If you’re not able to do that, you’ll need to set up a WA.gov account.
Log in with SSO - You will be asked to Log in. Use your work email address for your username.
Log in with WA.gov - If that doesn’t work, you’ll need a WA.gov account. There’s information about WA.gov here: Get help | WA.gov. Use your work email for your WA.gov account and the WA.gov password.
Once you’ve logged in, most of your contact information will be automatically filled into the form. The next time you log in, you won’t be asked to choose between SSO and WA.gov.
Whenever there is a change in the status of the suggestion, you will receive a notification.
