SOFTSWISS is a software technology company headquartered in Gżira, Malta, with development centres in Poland and Georgia. The company develops software for online casinos, sports betting, and affiliate marketing, as well as payment processing and licensing services.
History
[change | change source]Founded in 2009 as a web development agency, SOFTSWISS entered the iGaming sector in 2012.[1][2] In 2013, the company began offering cryptocurrency payment integration for online casinos.[3][4]
The company established its headquarters in Malta in 2020 and expanded its development network with offices in Poznań (2021), Tbilisi (2022), and Warsaw (2023).[5] In 2024, SOFTSWISS acquired a majority stake in the South African wagering software developer Turfsport,[6] and a stake in Ously Games GmbH.[7]
Between 2023 and 2025, the company received industry awards from SiGMA, EGR, and AffPapa for its aggregation and platform services.[8][9][10]
Social responsibility
[change | change source]In 2024, SOFTSWISS provided humanitarian aid and water purification equipment following floods in Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul,[11] and made financial donations to Polish charities after flooding in southern Poland.[12]
