Rumours is the eleventh studio album by Fleetwood Mac. Fleetwood Mac is a British and American rock band. Warner Bros. Records released the album on 4 February 1977. The band produced it with Ken Caillat and Richard Dashut.

Rumours is the band's first album to be number one on the UK Albums Chart.[1] The band has sold over 40 million copies of the album.[2] It is one of the best-selling albums ever made. The album has four singles: "Go Your Own Way", "Dreams", "Don't Stop" and "You Make Loving Fun". All of them were in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 music chart. "Dreams" was number one on this chart.[3] In 2004, a remaster of the album was released with the song "Silver Springs" on it.

The album won a Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 1978. Many music critics say it is one of the best albums ever made.[4][5][6] It was put in the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2003.[7] Rolling Stone ranked the album as one of the top ten greatest albums of all time.[8]
