Rockstar Productions GmbH (formerly Neo Software Produktions GmbH until 2003), trading as Rockstar Vienna, was an Austrian video game developer based in Vienna. The company was acquired by Take-Two Interactive (Rockstar's parent company) in 2001 and was passed down to Rockstar Games in 2003, when they rebranded as Rockstar Vienna.
