NITron (Russian: Нитрон; real name — Maksim Aleksandrovich Kandykov; born September 5 2009) is a Russian rapper and composer, known for creating a song about Perm using artificial intelligence.

He became famous for writing a song about Perm, about the Zabaykalsky Krai using artificial intelligence. And also thanks to the virtual journey of Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla, created with the help of AI on the edges of the Zabaykalsky Krai.

Biography

Maksim was born on September 5, 2009, in the village of Chara, Zabaykalsky Krai. He currently lives in the settlement of Novaya Chara. His father was a photographer, and his mother did not work. His grandmother was primarily responsible for his upbringing.

In 2015, he started the first grade at Novocharskaya School No. 2 named after Hero of Russia Igor Moldovanov.

He began his career in 2018 by registering on the Likee platform. In the first month, he managed to gain over 6,000 subscribers. For a long time, he experimented with various content formats until 2020, when he wrote his first song, which became popular on social networks.

In 2020, Maxim showed interest in music through the FL Studio 20 program. In the same year, he began experimenting with writing his first compositions and soon presented his song "Kalarsky Krai", thanks to which he became popular among the residents Novaya Chara, Chara — Local media began to write about him, and the young musician was invited to perform.

In 2022, he recorded the song "New School", which became popular among schoolchildren aged 11-13.

In 2024, Maxim released the song "Perm is a city on the Kama River", also created with the help of artificial intelligence.

December 30 2024 and Maxim releases two tracks dedicated to the memory of the heroes who died during a special military operation.

January 28 2025 and Maxim released a song dedicated to the siege of Leningrad.

In February of this year, Maxim posted a video message in his VKontakte group in support of the demolition of the school. On February 13, after the court's decision to declare the building an emergency, the school was closed. This news caused a wave of indignation among local residents, who on February 14 organized a meeting with the participation of the head of the Kalarsky district, Vladimir Ustyuzhanin. Even earlier, in an effort to prevent the closure of the educational institution.

On March 20, 2025, Maxim released a track together with his friends "Hero of Russia", dedicated to the memory of the Hero of Russia Igor Valeryevich Moldovanov.

In August 2025, Maxim created his own neural network model capable of generating compositions with vocals by famous singers. This is how the song about Transbaikalia was born, "sung" by the voice of Ilya Zolotukhin, the vocalist of the band Bond with a Button, with the words of Maxim, and the music from the composition "Kitchen", which conquered the Russian music charts this summer.

On February 3, 2026, Maxim used artificial intelligence to create a virtual journey in which digital images of Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla "visited" the iconic places of Transbaikalia — Tsugolsky datsan, mount Alkhanai and the tract Charsky sands. Kandykov generated a series of shots with scientists in these locations and edited them into a short video tour, where the characters talk about the history and nature of the region. According to the author, it took about four hours to create the video.
