Louis Van Hege (8 May 1889 24 June 1975) was a Belgian footballer and bobsledder.[1] As a footballer, he played as a striker for Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and AC Milan, where he was the team's captain. He was also capped 12 times for Belgium, and played for them at the 1920 Summer Olympics, where he won a gold medal, and at the 1924 Summer Olympics.

He also competed in bobsledding at the 1932 Winter Olympics, where he finished ninth in the two-man event.
