Sir Cosmo Edmund Duff-Gordon, 5th Baronet, DL (22 July 1862 – 20 April 1931) was an Englishman and sportsman who owned land in Scotland. He was best known for the controversy about his escape from the sinking of the RMS Titanic. He was accused of bribing sailors on his lifeboat not to turn back and rescue more people.[2]
