All international shipments are fully insured with real-time tracking. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused parts in their original packaging.
How to Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to special-order items and custom parts.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective part, contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Electrical components that have been installed, custom-made parts, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
