There is a term, "follow something to the T."

Thinking about it, and you realize, what are the sunnah practices of Hajj……but copying the actions of the beloved people of Allah, copying them to the T.

Allah loved these people and their sacrifices so much, Allah made them means to earn His high pleasure. Highest, in fact, if you look at how innocent, as a newborn baby, status is achieved just by walking in the footsteps, quite literally, of the prophet Ibrahim (a.s.) and his wife.

Subhan Allah...

Allah is so easy to please...yet humans keep complicating things for themselves and others...

Since childhood, I have had a habit of saving the most delicious item on my platter for last. For example, there is a sauce that tastes great, and yet it comes in small servings. I will keep its last spoonfuls to enjoy after I am done with the meal so I can enjoy that flavor on my palate for longer. The last bite, as they say, saving the best for last…

I am reminded of my habit, as my youngest one mimics it identically. It is marvelous how some habits are never taught.

Reading through this ayah, I was reminded of how we, or at least I, allow favorite flavors to linger on the tongue a little longer, just a little longer.

I do admit, I am guilty of rushing through

Few years ago I migrated with my family and I am no longer afraid to say it was purely upon a sign from Allah. Allah has placed signs in this universe. True Dreams, hints through the words of a loved one….repetition……

The decision came with its sacrifices.

I suddenly became zero.

I left my luxury recliner, I left my BMW, I left my businesses, I left my kitchenaid food factory……..

Did it hurt, yes it did.

Patience does not mean that your heart doesn’t tremble while submitting…… Patience means that you do it anyway.

Then something wonderful happened.

Slowly but surely Allah started returning my things to me.

I started gaining those things I had sacrificed

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Growing up, I had no interest in politics whatsoever. I had no interest in voting; I had no interest in democracy other than the fact that I get its spelling right. Papa was the undisputed superhero of the house, so if one year he supported A, we supported A, and if next year he supported B, we supported B.

Allah is making a claim upon us that we belong to Him…

In life, everything has a price. Everything has a stake. Everything is an either or decision. For every choice we make, we rule out so many other options. A good healthy lifestyle means saying No to so many cravings.

Parents today and always follow a tendency to over provide the kids with comfort. They overcompensate because of their own childhood deficiencies.

As a family unit, one must train to abstain. The best gift for such a training is Ramadan.

But honestly, we need to train parents to be wise enough to carry the family as a unit that obeys the will of God.

subhan Allah

people deal with money transactions and often do not write it down for the effort involved……

How down to our levels, Allah comes, to explain things to us and to break the concepts down like a mother bird chews on the food, making it mushy and chunk size, before giving to the babies, so it is easy to swallow and they dont choke on it.

We do not give due respect to Allah.

And then this ayah speaks about debts or money transaction ….about owing someone something……

But we are all alone in a solitary confinement wondering whats the use, there is no audience.

There is an audience. There is always an audience.

قُلْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّهُ اسْتَمَعَ نَفَرٌ مِّنَ الْجِنِّ فَقَالُوا إِنَّا سَمِعْنَ

My sustenance reaches me, through oceans, on trucks, airplanes or busses. Plucked, sorted, wrapped carefully and loaded…….people worry at each stage to make sure it is in prime and top condition. 

Who ensures this much care for the morsels that reach me? 

I have always been a fan of chocolate biscuits. The kind that were sold in my home country swirled with a dot of chocolate on top. 

I found them in an Arab shop sent from a brand in my country. Subhan Allah. And for some the Pakistani mangoes that make their way thousands of miles across to reach us! 

Allah has appointed angels that carry my deeds, and my blessings……wrapped up in beautiful packaging………

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  I have always believed that when knowledge increases speech decreases…… So perhaps my knowledge is increasing ……😀😀……..because this is the reflection to kill procrastination and boost productivity  IF YOU DONT HAVE FOREVER ……..THEN DONT TAKE FOREVER! بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم We cannot all go to Gaza But we all can contribute in some way…….. Let us do soup kitchens, and charity shops with our kids, and lets send all the money to Gaza and other places in need of charity…… If billion people spend a dollar it becomes a billion…………. Are we even 1 percent as concerned or conscious of Allah as we are always aware and agitated about any other thing in life!  What is the biggest problem we have?
