Hi there! I’m Alli. I make Punkpuns.

I’ve spent twenty-ish years kicking around the SoCal scene as a goth, punk, and metalhead. I’ve also spent fifteen-ish years as an artist, illustrator, writer, and cartoonist for a wide variety of publications - combining those two interests into a comic was only logical.

I can do everything from a portrait of you (or your pets) as punks, goths, or metalheads to book covers to a full-blown comic.

My parents took me to my first KISS concert when I was 10, I started seeing punk shows at local venues when I was 13, and by 21 I had embraced my spookiest self and found my way into the goth side of the scene. Since then I’ve rotated between metal fests, goth clubs, and going to shows on a regular basis. This comic is about some of the sillier things the “dark” scenes produce (with the occasional educational how-to comic to help out the baby bats and fresh meat).

Punkpuns has 3-5 new pages added each month, uploading schedule is irregular.
