Also, are we able to give some priority to good/featured articles in the "suggested languages" box? I'd almost always prefer to read a featured article in a language I don't know (Google translated) than a stub in a language I do know, so this seems like a desirable element to have.

For good/featured articles, it looks like there is no tooltip or other explanation when a user hovers over the stars, so there is no way to know what they represent. @abi_ would it be possible to add that?
