From my perspective, I think it would be fine to not fix this considering the very small impact or to do the one-off SQL query mentioned above

Created T430531: Recalculate edit count following apiportalwiki deletion to try to sum up and track that work, because it seems off topic for this task.

Hmm that's not gonna work with apiportalwiki dropped from the localuser table will it?

I guess running it for all global users with edits would still work (as the per-wiki filter that exists won't work)

I've dropped the database in production with if exists on the master so it would have deleted everything downstream.
