I'm in IT lol

My old team members are all introverts so we never really had team dinners. My old boss even said "I would have team dinners but no one will be happy with going" tbh I agree

Is help desk and / or IT support is an easy role to break into with no experience? by Relative-Baby1829 in helpdesk

[–]lactosehater2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got into helpdesk with my background in graphic design.

Literally no IT background at all.

What's the catch? I'm billingual, and they were looking for billingual people to support users in 2 languages.

It's easier to teach IT skills than it is language skills so they hired me when I expressed interest.

Got my Comptia A+ 6 months in and I manage clients by myself 8 months in after proper training.

So if you don't have experience but you're billingual, try to find helpdesk roles that serve billingual people.

Yup, got a helpdesk role based on the sole fact I am billingual. Got trained and am one year in the job
