As a polite stranger I’d say it’s your home, your rules, if you’re happy than keep it.
If I was your very close friend though I’d say HONEY get rid of this please! It looks made up (cuz it is) and it makes the space look cluttered, too much going on there and not adding aesthetically to the space at all. I would get a plant for the stand,
or donate the stand and keep the vase with dried flowers only, but definitely get rid of the shirt wrap thing hehe. Sorry to be blunt but I would appreciate the hard truths if I were in your shoes :)
