my cr80 2000 is bogging when twisting the throttle, when i start the bike and try give it some throttle it just bogs, the carb is clean and running a 32:1 fuel ratio, could it be the power valves needing adjusted or cleaned? the carb is completely fine with the jet being fully cleaned. by StandardLow2033 in Dirtbikes

Checked the reeds seem to be fine and sealed, and haven’t checked the crank seals at all mate will need to check

Yea both main and pilot jet are cleaned, and I’ll check the air screw out soon then

Coil and spark plug have been change and took a look at reeds and were completely fine

Yea mate ran perfectly fine, had a new top end due to low compression and then starting bogging

Can anyone help with printing? I’m printing dirt bike graphics for like bike and they came out as orange instead of red, do I need to change settings in the software? Am using versa works 7 and a Roland xf640 printer, there are some lines but I think the heads needing to be cleaned anyways by StandardLow2033 in CommercialPrinting

Hi mate yes I’ll laminate this when I get the right colour but I use substance vinyl paper that’s specially made for dirt bikes

I’ll try find out how to do a nozzle test but I have extra ink that are brand new but am sure it’s just needing a clean and don’t have to replace the ink right now? Just clean heads probably

Am not sure I’ve bought the printer used, first time using such a type of printer so I don’t know what I’m doing haha
