Previous employer won’t pay out PTO

I get that too, that’s why I mentioned on my last worked day I asked my immediate manager if it was still approved in the system and it was. There was nothing noted or anything it was a “green light” having known now I should’ve worked and got paid out.

See I get that but we get granted pto. So all 40 hours should be available on your work anniversary. As stated in the handbook

I stated nothing was in the handbook about putting a 2 weeks notice in before my hire date stops any progress in benefits or PTO.
I stated that our handbook states I must give a 2 weeks notice for any vacation or benefits to be paid out. Which I did.

State is in the post, Ohio.
Vacation is granted. Get 40 hours of PTO on the work anniversary date as stated in the handbook..
What isn’t in the handbook? That’s its mandatory?

Hindsight for sure. And it says Ohio is a state that requires it if it’s in the policy handbook which it is.

I do not have contact with an attorney yet. I do have a handbook and it states that IF a two weeks notice is givin all benefits and PTO will be paid out. If employer decides to terminate me during my two week period it would also be paid out. The only way it states I wouldn’t be paid out is if I was terminated before putting it in.

That’s the thing, it says in the handbook that IF a two weeks notice is put in place benefits and PTO time will be paid out. If a 2 weeks notice wasn’t put in place it wouldn’t be. It also states that if they decided to terminate me during my two week period it would be paid out??

I haven’t tried the actual restart button, I usually have to power off then back on or I’ll clear my MAC address and restart it from there. It’s still a couple times before it wants to connect

I am in the US, priorities wise, I don’t really use any of the “Apple” perks, I don’t FaceTime, airdrop, etc. so my main concern I would say I would obviously want to feel an overall performance upgrade over my 15 pro max, in speed, camera, etc. I mainly use my phone to browse the web, light gaming, movie watching, stuff like that.

Choke does come off as the engine warms up, but the backfiring starts before it starts to open and gets worse as it opens

Noted, will get a vac gauge on order as well as a light. Gonna spray for vac leaks tomorrow, don’t hear any bad ones but you never know. Where do I hook the vacuum gauge up when doing timing? I know for the air mixture for the carb it goes on there.
