Yeah I gave up trying to get Apple to fix it after 4 days of being on the phone with them off and on and a full factory reset of my phone (where they recommended that I hold off on logging back into my Apple account for a few hours after resetting everything) still disconnecting

Got it today from a 281 area code. Dead air, then ‘hold music’ but you can kinda hear stuff going on in the background, and then they played what sounded like a recording of audio . You could hear buttons being pressed over the audio tho lol
