Basically since starting the mini pill. It stared with cycle lengths of around 18-24 days but longer periods and then Feb I only had 1 day of bleeding but then it went to every other week. I tried to screen record my Flo app but not sure if I can send it you. Previously before the pill & laparoscopy I used to have cycle lengths of around 34 days then for a few years in my early 20’s before kids it was every 2/3 months

Peppermint tea, it helps with wind from pumping your stomach with gas (I had my nurses make me 3 while waiting to be discharged after my lap)! Painkillers, make sure there’s enough pillows and just try to keep moving, the gas pain is awful, mine was all in the chest and shoulders and really struggled to get rid. Good luck!!
