New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move SE over
the waters tonight as weak low pressure slides E along the
front. The front will weaken S of the waters Fri as weak high
pressure moves over the area. The high will pass E of the waters
Fri night as a weak low pressure trough forms near the coast and
the front to the S becomes stationary. The front will return N
as a warm front Sat, and lift N of the area Sat night as the
next cold front begins to move off the coast. The cold front
will cross the area into Sun afternoon, and pass S and E of the
waters late Sun into Sun night. High pressure will build E over
New England Sun night, and move E over the waters Mon while
weakening. The front to the S will then return N as a warm front
Mon night, and lift N of the waters Tue. Yet another cold front
will approach from the W Tue night.
