Narre Community Learning Centre is a not-for-profit education provider based in Narre Warren, Victoria, Australia. This is in the outer South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We primarily service the Local Government areas of Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia, but are not limited to that area. We are happy to accept students from any location.
Narre is a community owned and managed provider which has operated for over 30 years, so you can be sure that your needs and expectations will continue to be met for the long term. We make every effort to identify and meet the needs of local students, businesses and industry. We currently provide services in the areas of pre-kinder children, youth in an alternative to school setting, for years 9 to 12, migrants and people from non-English speaking background wanting to improve their English, VET in schools courses, accredited training courses in a range of subjects including Aged Care, Childcare, Community Services, Hairdressing, Certificate IV in Training and Education (TAE), Retail, Business and Information Technology. We also operate a Neighbourhood House and offer a range of hobby courses, special interest courses and pre-accredited courses.

We are a Registered Training Organisation No 3977, a registered non-school Senior Secondary provider in the State of Victoria, a Registered Class 2 Children's Services provider and a registered Learn Local provider. We are also registered under the Associations Incorporations Reform Act 2012.
The Computer Foundation Skills course is a 16 hour basic computer course. It covers hardware, software, mouse and keyboard familiarisation, the Internet, including security, Google, Youtube and cloud computing, anti virus, anti malware, file and folder structure including create and populate, email, word processing and most importantly, we have the time to cover the things that you may specifically want to address such as IPads, mobile phones, different operating systems, downloading, or transferring photos from camera to computer. The options are many, and I am always interested to hear what your specific needs might be.
