Description
Imported from Community Wishlist Survey 2022/Editing/Easy access Templates
Accessing and choosing popular templates takes more clicks than it should.
Allow users to configure templates they commonly use so that they can be easily selected from the TemplateWizard dialog. Each community could also define their own list of "popular" templates that is shown by default and can be changed on a per-user basis.
