Wikipedia "Tools" menu is missing items in mobile view (Community Wishlist/W547)

Description
On a wide screen Tools appears on the right as a set of links.
On a small screen Tools appears as a menu.
On a mobile screen a pulldown is shown with most of the items in. However not everything is there. It's the "Other Wiki Projects" which are mainly missing. w:Donald_Trump is a good example
This request is to check that anything which could be added to the mobile version is done, unless there is a technical reason why it can't be. Things like links to the other wiki projects are just hyperlinks and should port straight across, to go alongside the Wikidata one.
The idea is that the mobile user isn't missing anything.
