About The Role

GLC in partnership with Lufthansa InTouch is expanding from a remote setup to a physical office, strengthening our presence within the global Lufthansa InTouch network. Join our growing team in this exciting next phase as we bring colleagues together in a new shared workspace.

This is a permanent position within our global customer service network. We are looking for self motivated, disciplined, and solution oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

In this role, you will assist Lufthansa and Lufthansa Group Airlines passengers worldwide with flight related queries. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to research and navigate airline policies, and excellent computer proficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Completed NQF Level 4 or valid Matric with Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy, Geography or Tourism (≥50% aggregate)
  2. Advanced/fluent proficiency in German language — C1 Level
  3. Diploma or degree in Tourism (would be advantageous)
  4. Minimum 6-12 months of customer service and/or call centre experience
  5. Strong computer literacy with good typing skills — 25WPM
  6. Valid Namibian citizenship, permanent residence and/or domicile status

Remuneration & Benefits

  1. Competitive, market related compensation
  2. Shift Allowance N$15.00 between the hours 20h00 – 07h00
  3. 21 working days Annual Leave per annum
  4. 30 days Sick Leave during a 36-month cycle
  5. 4 months paid Maternity Leave
