I'll definitely check that out! there is some kind of glitch in the browser and emulators where in the menu i can't hit "new game" with enter or any button so i can't get passed it.
Try J or Z on your keyboard. Those are the stock settings of the web emulator for the A button of the GBC. Full table of controls should be on the page of the game. Hope that helps 😊
What a beautiful and soothing little game. Of all the many wonderful homebrews I've played, this is the one I'm happiest to find. Thank you for making it. I hope you do make a full version someday.
Hey, I enjoyed the slow pacing and cozzy style of your game. Since it's very short I was thinking that it would be very nice to play it in spanish (my native tongue). Is there any way that I could receive the text to translate it for you to add it to the game, even if it's a different rom for each language?
Hi, glad to hear you enjoyed the game and thanks for the offer. If I ever get to turn this game into a full release, I may come back to you. But since the full version would have an entirely different story, it wouldn't really make sense to put any effort into updating the dialogue that would become obsolete. I think that time would be much better spent working on the full release 😊
It's a Game Boy Color game. So, you can play it on emulators on your phone or directly in the web player on the game's page. Also on GBC-compatible handhelds.
I would be happy if it had additional goals like collect or craft 3x wood, maybe a cooking, crafting, or mini sales shop for you to run. But adorable so far
I certainly thought about implementing a crafting system and having the player collect ressources to add new buildings to the village. But that was outside of the scope of that 3-day game jam 😅
I'm currently busy working on other projects. But I might revisit this one in the future 😊

I probably worked for around 40 hours within those 3 days. The music is completely recycled from my other games. That left me with enough time to sleep 😄
