To be deem guilty of a crime. With all of the evidence against him, he'll surely be convicted of that crime. They have video evidence of you breaking into the store, so don't be surprised when you're convicted of breaking and entering. I didn't do anything wrong! I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and thank goodness I can't be convicted of that.
