Harry Edward Melling (lahir 17 Maret 1989) adalah aktor asal Inggris. Ia pertama kali dikenal secara internasional karena memerankan Dudley Dursley dalam film Harry Potter (2001–2010). Sejak itu, ia menjadi dikenal berkat penampilannya yang mendapat pujian dalam The Ballad of Buster Scruggs (2018), The Pale Blue Eye (2022) dan Pillion (2025).

Harry Edward Melling lahir pada 17 Maret[1][2] 1989 di London, Inggris.[3][4] Kakek dari pihak ibunya adalah aktor Patrick Troughton.[5] Ia belajar di London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.[2][6]
