    Last day of O.W.L. exams. During the History of Magic written paper, Harry Potter had a vision of Voldemort torturing Sirius Black at the British Ministry of Magic. To make sure it was real, Harry, along with Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger, tried to contact Sirius via the fireplace in Dolores Umbridge's office. Umbridge caught them, and they tricked her into going into the Forbidden Forest, where she was carried off by the centaur herd. Harry, Ron, Hermione, Luna Lovegood, Neville Longbottom and Ginny Weasley flew to the Ministry of Magic via Thestrals.
