Bougatsa (Girkanci: μπουγάτσα el) abinci ne na karin kumallo na Girka (mai daɗi ko mai daɗi),ko abincin rana na tsakar rana.[1][2][3][4] Bougatsa yana da nau'o'i dayawa tare da cika kansu, tare da mafi mashahuri bougatsa krema (bougatsa cream) wanda ke da cikawa da akayi amfani dashi azaman abinci mai dadi da kayan zaki.
