Describe the bug

The docs at https://eve.dev/docs are not loading for me unless I use a VPN. Local claude code cli is also timing out when i paste docs URL.

Remote claude can read the site, and I can also see them when I turn on my VPN.

Not sure exactly where this is scoped to, but I'm in London, UK.

Don't know where else to file this issue but its a problem that deserves to be fixed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be in London
2. Try to access docs
3. Fail
