Hello! I have a local patch that restores inline zero-worker mode for true single threaded taskflow where calling thread executes the graph inline.

This works for static, complete graph. Would you be interested in such a patch upstream ? I see that this was once supported and then removed. If interested I will open PR, just wanted to check first :)
