Data is in org-data. Many functions were originally in the two Jupyter notebook files, but might be migrated to the org_mapping package in that directory. Work on a clustered mapping site using Javascript and HTML (that reads .js data files outputted by the Notebooks/org_mapping) is in the clustered directory.
