Describe the issue:

When there is ample space in the Variables pane, we show a nice memory usage meter.

However, when the pane is just a little narrower, such there is no room for the meter at full width, it disappears.

Expected or desired behavior:

When there isn't room for the full-length meter, we could show a narrower one that still gets the general idea across.

Anecdotally based on watching people use Positron at work week, the Variables pane is resized such that you can't see the memory visualization in over half of real-world layouts.
