To generate the user-manual, run:

  make <type>

in this directory, where type is one of:

 xhtml
 html
 dvi
 pdf
 ps
 rtf
 tex
 texi
 txt

For html and xhtml you need xsltproc installed.
For the other you need docbook-utils installed.
