Introduction NPUHeart is an in house open-source computing platform for solving fluid-structure interaction (FSI) problems with the immersed boundary (IB) method. NPUHeart is fine-tuned for the cardiac mechanics problems and runs on Linux systems on x86 platforms equipped with NVIDIA GPUs.
