Error runs still show cost in the diagnostic line, and budget alerts still fire regardless. Also adds usage field to mock Return dataclass (matching ErrorReturn) so tests can verify cost footer behaviour on success runs. fix: render debouncing + non-blocking notifications for progress speed ( #88) - Add min_render_interval (default 2.0s) to batch rapid progress events instead of flooding Telegram edits per-event - Make approval notification sends non-blocking via background task group - Add configurable group_chat_rps to ProgressSettings - Wire progress config to TelegramClient and ExecBridgeConfig - 14 new tests (debounce, notifications, settings validation) Root cause of perceived slowness was orphaned MCP server processes (10.3 GB / 86 processes) from KillMode=process in systemd unit files.
