I tidied the Tox environment a bit:

  • We now run Tox against SQLite3, PostgreSQL and mySQL by default. So the options for separate testenvs are redundant.
  • Added to the README info on how to run Tox.
  • Removed the Vagrant config file as no longer relevant.
  • Finally, removed Django 2.0 from the Tox matrix - it's no longer supported by the Django team, so likewise we should no longer support it.
