I re-ran linux_artifacts on #12127 and it is passing now. https://infra.apache.org/infra-ban.html shows 40 GB download limit per week. That's 5000 runs, which seems high enough to not get tripped, especially since we were only using it for a few days. I dunno what happened.

Seems the problems were temporary. I've not seen a recent recurrence. Let's close this and reopen it if failures start happening again. |
