Also fix a few docstrings.
... that is not Python3 compliant. Instead use traits.util.trait_documenter. With this the docs should build on Python 3 also.
With VTK 8.1, the trait map_color_scalars_through_lookup_table is not available. Not doing this prevents the UI from showing up.
