I use AI often — but in service of disciplined engineering, not in place of it. My focus is software that stays clear, maintainable, and dependable after the first demo, after the happy path, and after requirements start changing.

I care about sound architecture, clean boundaries, thoughtful specifications, and code that survives real-world pressure. After three years away caring for a family member, I'm back with sharper fundamentals and a stronger sense of what's worth building.
