The Maps page only shows a hundred or so versions in the visualization while there are over 1000 installs. This is because there are too many versions to display.
I'm not that up to speed with the available formats and their capabilities, but found this which seems nice-ish.

One issue which comes up with all formats, though is esp severe for those that can only display a few versions, is that the bugfix release granularity is too fine grained in most cases. A possible fix for this is updating the extension template by adding a new property "minor version", which gets set to the whole version if it is not semver formatted, and to x.y if it is semver formatted (x.y.z[[-]modifier]). The visualizations could then use this instead of the full version.
