Add src/utils/agentsmd.ts to mirror claudemd.ts semantics for AGENTS.md and .agents/ files, so project and user-level agent instructions are discovered automatically. Wire getAgentsMemoryFiles() into getUserContext() alongside existing CLAUDE.md/NCODE.md loading.
