Case-insensitive sorting of all the bogus monsters.
As time goes on and this file reaches several million entries (since NetHack will never disappear), it'll be handy to have it alphabetized, namely to make adding duplicate entries less likely for future generations of hackers.
Note that this scheme handily puts proper noun monsters at the top of the list, thanks to the punctuation.
