Setting "Locked to default room" has no effect #314

Description

@bangel79

Description:

When enabling the setting "Locked to default room" for a panel, the expected behavior is that the panel is restricted to controlling only its assigned default room. However, this restriction is currently not enforced.

Expected Behavior:

  • The panel should be locked to its default room.
  • The room selector should be disabled or hidden.
  • It should not be possible to cycle to other rooms or to the “all rooms” option.
  • The panel should not control other rooms unintentionally.

Actual Behavior:

  • The panel remains fully functional across all rooms.
  • The room selector UI still allows cycling through the entire list of rooms, including “all rooms”.
  • When adjusting the brightness slider, it's easy to accidentally switch to the “all rooms” entry and unintentionally brighten the entire house.

Environment:

  • NSPManager version: 2.0.8-beta
